Located about fifteen kilometers from Guelmim, the oasis of Tighmert is one of the most beautiful oasis in the south of Morocco that has preserved its population despite its approach to the city.
Long of 10 km is 5 km wide, it is populated by the tribe "Azwafit" one of the great Saharawi tribes.
Its inhabitants say that "Tighmert is the first and last step of paradise".
